We offer low cost one-on-one counselling sessions face-to-face, online via video call or via telephone.
Our therapists are discreet, understanding, and knowledgeable in their field and will work with you on whatever issues you are facing. We cover a range of issues including stress, anxiety, addiction and substance misuse, relationships, changing behaviour, and much more.

Our Young People Service offers provisions for young people under 25 living in the county of Dorset. We offer early intervention, support, and brief intervention services. Both provisions cover the Dorset shire geographical area from Christchurch to Lyme Regis.
