Require an Administration Apprentice

 based in Poole

The post holder will offer administrative and clerical services to the Poole team and support the manager and training department through a range of duties including monitoring and inputting on the data management system (HALO). Complying to and returning the end of month statistical data.

The applicants will be required to have:

  • Good communication skills, including listening.
  • Reliable
  • Punctual
  • Be flexible
  • Be part of a team or work alone at times.
  • Good sense of humour
  • IT experience – able to use Microsoft Office Software including Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of what a database is
  • Willingness to learn about administration support
  • Good with numbers
  • Good time management
  • Commitment to equal opportunities
  • Be able to demonstrate an ability to respond positively to difficult and demanding situations
  • Use of own transport (car, bike, moped)
  • Maths and English GCSE passes             

Hours: 30 hours per week Monday to Thursday 8.30am-4.30pm

Salary: £4.55 rising to £5.00 after successful 3 month probationary period 

Closing Date: 20th October 2017

Applicants must be 2 years in recovery, if applicable.
