For eight YADAS service users (some of whom are pictured above) the journey was a true reflection of the life journeys they have had to face. There were ups and downs, times where they almost gave up but they reached out for support from those around them and stayed focused on their goals.
The cycle ride was not easy to say the least but…. THEY MADE IT!!!!
The excercise was made possible with the invaluable support given from StreetScene who provided the bikes, the Sexual Health Outreach Team & from Page Builders who came along for the ride!
The sponsorship money they raised will go towards further education which will enable them to maintain their progression in self development and discovery whilst continuing to focus on their recovery.
