Membership of The Institute Of Leadership and Management (ILM)

As a student on this programme you will receive free studying membership with the ILM which will give you access to a range of invaluable tools and resources. Studying memberships lasts for the length of your programme or a minimum of six months.

What will I learn?

This course is intended for people working within a business environment as reflection and work-based experience is a major part of the lessons and the assessment. There are up to nine units of study which covers the skills and knowledge you need to be effective at this level, including crucial soft skills, critical thinking abilities, and finding and implementing innovative solutions.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be either practising or aspiring middle managers with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.

How will I be assessed?

There are a number of assignments in the form of management reports, reflective reviews and presentations.
