Survival Guide for Parents

 

Our Survival Guide for Parents seeks to support parents and carers with common family issues including communication skills, supporting self-esteem, increasing motivation, and understanding the basis of anger, anxiety, and depression.

Open to anyone 18 or over who lives in Dorset (including 16 to 18-year-old parents).

Attendance

Hybrid Sessions (in Class & via Zoom). Classes take place at the EDAS Adapt Learning Centre, 54a Ashley Road, Poole, Dorset BH14 9BN.

All sessions run from 6:30pm – 8:30pm on Wednesday evenings and can be joined face-to-face or online via Zoom.
