Start your Journey to Healthy Living

FitDAS is a new initiative designed to guide and support you through lasting healthy lifestyle changes, available to Young People aged 16+ and to Adults.

What FitDAS offers

Level 1 & 2 Healthy Living Courses

The aim of these qualifications is to provide learners with an introductory overview of healthy living. It deals with issues including basic concepts in healthy eating, a balanced diet, the maintenance of a healthy diet, food labels and activity and exercise. Our Healthy Living courses are fully accredited by Ascentis.

You'll also learn how to prepare deliciously nutritious recipes, understand how to keep a healthy body weight, look into the requirements of a healthy diet, and understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Fitness Training Sessions

With the help of our certified personal trainer you'll have the opportunity to learn effective ways of keeping your body healthy whilst building endurance and strength through physical exercise. Our trainer will devise a personalised exercise and nutrition plan for you, completely tailored to your specific goals and needs. 

With 1:1 and group training classes, you'll learn proper technique and a variety of exercises to help you introduce physical activity into your daily life alongside healthy eating habits.

Smoking Cessation Support

Quitting smoking is one of the most helpful things you can do to improve your health and the health of the people around you. Every year more and more people quit smoking and enjoy the better health, wealth, lifestyle and life expectancy this can bring. 

It may be hard to quit smoking if you are acting alone, so we are here to provide all the resources you need to assist you in your journey to better health.

Learn about Smoking Cessation support and what resources are available to help you quit. We are here to provide support and access to local services that will help you achieve your health goals.
