This festive season, remember to:
Make some time for yourself. Rest, slow down, and take breaks when you need to in order to avoid burnout
Treat yourself to your favourite food, activities, relaxation techniques, or favourite places to visit
Make sure to enjoy the little things that the festive season brings , and those little things in your life that make you light up and feel good
Share some joy with those you love! It can be as simple as sending a text message, writing Christmas card, or giving someone a hug
