You Are Not alone! Join Our Local Community Projects in Poole
Mental health struggles can make us feel quite lonely. We would like to let you know that no matter what you are going through, you are not alone and we are here to support you! Below are some of the projects we are currently running to help combat loneliness and social isolation in our local community:
- Coffee Connection: A free fortnightly mental health and wellbeing peer support group for adults. A project in partnership with Poole Community Mental Health Team (CMHT). Starts next week on Thursday 19th May.
- Be Mindful: A free programme designed to support Mental Wellbeing, including workshop classes and counselling support sessions with a trained EDAS Wellbeing Therapist.
- Carer's Night: Seeking to support and empower families and carers by creating a sense of community where you can share with like-minded people.
- Serenitea Café: Our wellbeing and recovery café, where you can pop in and relax or chat with our friendly staff, receive discreet advice and access counselling support if you need it.
- Chat Café Local: A lovely chat club meeting up for a chat over a cup of tea in local pubs around BCP. You can find them at Serenitea Café on Mondays 11am-12pm.
